Returns Policy

We accept returns if the product is broken or damaged when received. Returns are not accepted if you change your mind about the product. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you have any issues with your order please contact us ASAP so that we can resolve the issue in a very timely matter to your satisfaction. Please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product in question. 


Currently we only ship to the us and APO boxes.

When you place an order, we will most items will be shipped within a day, but some orders take up to 3 days before they ship. All orders come with a tracking number and will be sent to automatically to your provided email once the shipping label is created.  

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full ounce.
